If Olexandr Ukrainets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yakiv Odyntsov hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match Orest Sernetskyi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mefodiy Khoma showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vadym Skoropad struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Mefodiy Khoma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolechiw. Artem Sydorenko hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olexandr Ukrainets in the 18th minute of play forced Slavuta FC Chornomorets's goalkeeper Mefodiy Khoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yarema Kutsyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yevgen Chernysh having to interfere. If Dmytro Tsyperdyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yevgen Chernysh came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Slavuta FC Chornomorets's Dmytro Tsyperdyuk. But to his dismay, Dmytro Tsyperdyuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Slavuta FC Chornomorets's Yarema Kutsyi got a free kick in the 35th minute. After having played for 41 minutes, Yarema Kutsyi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slavuta FC Chornomorets's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yarema Kutsyi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Yarema Kutsyi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yevgen Chernysh was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. In the 48th minute of the match Slavuta FC Chornomorets got a corner. Bolechiw's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oleg Kovalchuk ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Oleg Kovalchuk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yevgen Chernysh quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
The wind increased when Olexandr Ukrainets made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Bolechiw's goalkeeper Yevgen Chernysh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dmytro Tsyperdyuk. Dmytro Tsyperdyuk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Yevgen Chernysh skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Olexandr Ukrainets fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mefodiy Khoma having to interfere. Bolechiw's Yevgen Chernysh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yarema Kutsyi in the 63rd minute of play. If Artem Sydorenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dmytro Tsyperdyuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yevgen Chernysh read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Dmytro Tsyperdyuk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Yevgen Chernysh made a huge save. In the 76th minute, Vadym Skoropad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 minutes, Mefodiy Kyrylenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolechiw and the Slavuta FC Chornomorets players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Bolechiw was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mefodiy Kyrylenko to maneuver through the defense. Slavuta FC Chornomorets's Yarema Kutsyi got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dmytro Tsyperdyuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yevgen Chernysh read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Dmytro Tsyperdyuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Slavuta FC Chornomorets could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bolechiw throughout the match.
