Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pylyp Yesin took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Izjum Dynamo getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Mefodiy Pyatov hit a great ball. Pylyp Yesin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruslan Omelianovych having to interfere. Ruslan Omelianovych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pylyp Yesin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruslan Omelianovych stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pylyp Yesin's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Ruslan Omelianovych didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pylyp Yesin went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Izjum Dynamo's Stepan Zayets got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ruslan Omelianovych came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Nowomoskowsk FC Metalist's Pylyp Yesin. But to his dismay, Pylyp Yesin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ruslan Samoilenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tykhon Teplyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Pylyp Yesin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruslan Omelianovych having to interfere. Andriy Bakumenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 played minutes Izjum Dynamo got a freekick which was hit by Ruslan Kastornyi. Andriy Bakumenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruslan Omelianovych having to interfere. If Stepan Zayets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavrylo Shumak, 49 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After the first half Nowomoskowsk FC Metalist were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tykhon Teplyi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andriy Bakumenko struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ruslan Omelianovych didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nowomoskowsk FC Metalist. Pylyp Yesin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Izjum Dynamo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pylyp Yesin 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. In the 82nd minute of the match Mefodiy Pyatov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruslan Samoilenko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Izjum Dynamo booed when Nowomoskowsk FC Metalist was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valeriy Gryshanovych didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Stepan Zayets came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Izjum Dynamo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stepan Zayets couldn't finish the play. Ruslan Omelianovych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pylyp Yesin in the 89th minute of the match. If Tykhon Teplyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Nowomoskowsk FC Metalist's Pylyp Yesin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ruslan Omelianovych narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Tykhon Teplyi came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Izjum Dynamo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tykhon Teplyi couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Nowomoskowsk FC Metalist had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
