Petro Bosenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruslan Berezhnyj, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Matviy Zgurskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Voznesensjk's Vasyl Pletenytskyi got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Vyacheslav Stavka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matviy Zgurskyi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Petro Bosenko made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Voznesensjk's Ruslan Berezhnyj ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Petro Bosenko. Petro Bosenko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Marko Koloda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Ruslan Berezhnyj made the kick off in the second half. Platon Mintenko charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruslan Berezhnyj in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petro Bosenko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 84 played minutes Zhovti Vody Spartak got a freekick which was hit by Artur Semuka. If Matviy Zgurskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Ruslan Berezhnyj made a precise shot to the right of Petro Bosenko. Zhovti Vody Spartak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruslan Berezhnyj in the 96th minute of play forced Zhovti Vody Spartak's goalkeeper Petro Bosenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergiy Skybenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Voznesensjk had played much better football throughout.
