Vadym Syzon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Grebenozhko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Vadym Syzon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Roman Grebenozhko made a huge save. Illja Kundenok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Grebenozhko having to interfere. Roman Grebenozhko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olexandr Stavka during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lviv Wolfpack! The referee gave Slavuta FC Vorskla a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. Slavuta FC Vorskla's Illja Kundenok got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Illja Kundenok in the 91st minute of play forced Lviv Wolfpack's goalkeeper Roman Grebenozhko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vadym Syzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Grebenozhko having to interfere. There was no doubt that Slavuta FC Vorskla were the better team. Slavuta FC Vorskla's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
