The referee ignored Kalynivka CSKA's protests and gave Mykhaylo Bezdolnyi a yellow card for diving instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marjan Shevel was the one to do the kick off. Kalynivka CSKA's Andriy Zmievskyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Besarab in the 76th minute of play. Andriy Zmievskyi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonid Kupalnyi in the 77th minute. Kalynivka CSKA's Andriy Zmievskyi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Kalynivka CSKA from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Leonid Besarab managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kyyiv [Kiew]'s supporters rose to their feet, but Leonid Besarab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andriy Zmievskyi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andriy Zmievskyi made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Leonid Kupalnyi sent off a good shot on target. Marjan Shevel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marjan Shevel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Lysenko having to interfere. If Marjan Shevel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
