Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eduard Oliynyk started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Nazariy Ratskyi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lubny and the Starobiljsjk Naftovyk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nazariy Ratskyi kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Oleg Romanyshyn hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lubny getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Mykhaylo Oliynyk hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Viktor Kanibolotskyi put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Arsen Seletskyi. Eduard Oliynyk hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Anatoliy Kosovskyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nazariy Ratskyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Arsen Seletskyi managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Starobiljsjk Naftovyk's Viktor Kanibolotskyi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arsen Seletskyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislav Vepryk in the 26th minute of play. Anatoliy Kosovskyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentyn Komzyuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsen Seletskyi was a little too slow when Viktor Kanibolotskyi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-0. Viktor Kanibolotskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viktor Kanibolotskyi to make the kick off. Arsen Seletskyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Kanibolotskyi in the 55th minute of play. After 56th play minutes Viktor Kanibolotskyi shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Arsen Seletskyi and just under the crossbar into goal. Viktor Kanibolotskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes in the game, Eduard Oliynyk fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Anatoliy Kosovskyi having to interfere. Anatoliy Kosovskyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Oliynyk in the 69th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Viktor Kanibolotskyi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arsen Seletskyi. Lubny's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viktor Kanibolotskyi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 77thth minute of the game Viktor Kanibolotskyi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lubny's Arsen Seletskyi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Kanibolotskyi in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsen Seletskyi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viktor Kanibolotskyi in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arsen Seletskyi saved Lubny from getting behind. Arsen Seletskyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yarema Gerasymenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Viktor Kanibolotskyi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arsen Seletskyi was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Starobiljsjk Naftovyk fully deserved thier win.
