In the 9th match minute, Pokuttya Kolomyia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kyrylo Savenko to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Marko Voytenko sped through Pokuttya Kolomyia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yevgen Zozulya. Demjan Dopilka struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Yevgen Zozulya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Odessa. In the 24th minute, Gilbert Dynda made a precise shot to the right of Yevgen Zozulya. Pokuttya Kolomyia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Marko Sapay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panas Dekhtyaruk, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Demjan Dopilka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marko Sapay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panas Dekhtyaruk in the 39th minute of the match. Kyrylo Savenko was shown his second yellow card after 45 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 45 played minutes Pokuttya Kolomyia got a freekick which was hit by Kyrylo Savenko. After the first half Real Odessa were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Rodion Kryvobok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Nazar Blyznyuk in the 54th minute really tested Yevgen Zozulya's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A hard shot by Nazar Blyznyuk from long distance, 58 minutes into the match, got Yevgen Zozulya's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Yevgen Zozulya was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Gilbert Dynda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gilbert Dynda really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. In the 66th minute, Demjan Dopilka made a precise shot to the right of Yevgen Zozulya. Pokuttya Kolomyia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Marko Voytenko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Yevgen Zozulya when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marko Voytenko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Yevgen Zozulya made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Marko Voytenko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yevgen Zozulya was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the game, one of Real Odessa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Real Odessa's Symon Gay got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pokuttya Kolomyia's Panas Dekhtyaruk got a free kick in the 90th minute. Real Odessa played a much better game than Pokuttya Kolomyia and deserved their victory. The Pokuttya Kolomyia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
