Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Panas Biba took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Yarema Rudnytskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tykhon Nerush saved Zelenyj Yar from getting behind. After 6 minutes of play, Zelenyj Yar's Bogdan Gandzyuk made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Symon Tkachuk was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Bogdan Gandzyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Nazariy Onysjko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Symon Tkachuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svyatoslav Strakhovskyi hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Yarema Rudnytskyi made a precise shot to the right of Tykhon Nerush. Zelenyj Yar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Danylo Sulimenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tykhon Nerush having to interfere. When Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Zarya Lugansk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Zarya Lugansk booed when Zelenyj Yar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazariy Onysjko didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Yarema Rudnytskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danylo Sulimenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi in the 34th minute of play forced Zelenyj Yar's goalkeeper Tykhon Nerush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tykhon Nerush came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Zarya Lugansk's Danylo Sulimenko. But to his dismay, Danylo Sulimenko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 40 minutes into the game, Danylo Sulimenko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Tykhon Nerush was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Tykhon Tymchyshyn came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Zarya Lugansk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tykhon Tymchyshyn couldn't finish the play. Yarema Rudnytskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danylo Sulimenko to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Zelenyj Yar's goal looked a bit too open when Danylo Sulimenko came free, but Tykhon Nerush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tykhon Nerush made an important save on a dangerous shot by Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi in the 53rd minute. Mefodiy Nazaruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55thth minute of the game Danylo Sulimenko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zelenyj Yar's Tykhon Nerush was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Zarya Lugansk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi couldn't finish the play. If Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Tykhon Nerush skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 71st minute of the match, Svyatoslav Schastlyvyi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tykhon Nerush was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Grygoriy Son charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grygoriy Son the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zarya Lugansk booed when Zelenyj Yar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grygoriy Son didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tykhon Nerush stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danylo Sulimenko's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Zarya Lugansk's Yarema Rudnytskyi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tykhon Nerush. That made the score 2-6 after 79 minutes of play. Mefodiy Nazaruk might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tykhon Nerush. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mefodiy Nazaruk ran back to his position shaking his head. If Mefodiy Nazaruk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 86 minutes into the game, Zarya Lugansk's Mefodiy Nazaruk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tykhon Nerush made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-7. After a rather tough play, Zelenyj Yar's Nazariy Onysjko got a free kick in the 89th minute. Mefodiy Nazaruk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Zarya Lugansk's Yarema Rudnytskyi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tykhon Nerush narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Zelenyj Yar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zarya Lugansk were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
