Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Shepetivka's Gavrylo Sovenko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavrylo Sovenko in the 4th minute of play forced Volnovakha FC's goalkeeper Dmytro Kavinskyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nazar Shupyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonid Rak having to interfere. Leonid Rak made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Nazar Shupyk sent off a good shot on target. Dmytro Kavinskyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavrylo Sovenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavrylo Sovenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dmytro Kavinskyi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Gavrylo Sovenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shepetivka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavrylo Sovenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nazar Shupyk scored 2-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonid Rak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 32 played minutes Shepetivka got a freekick which was hit by Vyacheslav Deyneka. If Gavrylo Sovenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shepetivka's Leonid Rak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vsevolod Piddubnyi in the 39th minute of play. Dmytro Kavinskyi came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Shepetivka's Gavrylo Sovenko. But to his dismay, Gavrylo Sovenko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nazariy Gaidash made a kick off. When Nazariy Gaidash came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Volnovakha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nazariy Gaidash couldn't finish the play. When Artur Cherednyuk fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shepetivka's protests and gave Artur Cherednyuk a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Artur Cherednyuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonid Rak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nazariy Gaidash's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Nazariy Gaidash managed to get in a good position for a shot. Volnovakha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nazariy Gaidash was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonid Rak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nazar Shupyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonid Rak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nazariy Gaidash, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nazar Shupyk in the 68th minute of play forced Shepetivka's goalkeeper Leonid Rak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Symon Tarasenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Dmytro Kavinskyi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Gavrylo Sovenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dmytro Kavinskyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute Nazar Shupyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonid Rak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nazar Shupyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonid Rak having to interfere. Vyacheslav Deyneka kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Stanislav Melnychuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dmytro Kavinskyi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Symon Tarasenko in the 93rd minute. Shepetivka's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
