Stepan Kastornyi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Danylo Spivak made a huge save. Mykola Yakymenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Volodymyr Nazarenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Roman Gusak hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Volodymyr Nazarenko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nadvirna's supporters rose to their feet, but Volodymyr Nazarenko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mykola Yakymenko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nadvirna's goalkeeper Danylo Spivak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Shostka FC Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Mykyta Staretskyi came free, but Mykola Yakymenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Shostka FC Arsenal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nadvirna were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Marjan Shovkovskyi made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Marjan Shovkovskyi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shostka FC Arsenal's supporters rose to their feet, but Marjan Shovkovskyi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danylo Spivak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Shostka FC Arsenal booed when Nadvirna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitaliy Tsvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Volodymyr Nazarenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mykyta Staretskyi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 59th playminute. If Stepan Kastornyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Danylo Spivak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marjan Shovkovskyi in the 65th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Shostka FC Arsenal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mykyta Staretskyi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mykola Yakymenko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Volodymyr Nazarenko's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 81st minute of the match Yakiv Chyzhevskyi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mykola Yakymenko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Shostka FC Arsenal getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Roman Gusak hit a great ball. Mykola Yakymenko was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Volodymyr Nazarenko capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Volodymyr Nazarenko really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Nadvirna's Volodymyr Nazarenko got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 90 minutes, Volodymyr Nazarenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nadvirna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Volodymyr Nazarenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mykyta Staretskyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Volodymyr Nazarenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Nadvirna supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nadvirna would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
