Kirovsjke FC Chornomorets's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Platon Sviderskyi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Platon Sviderskyi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kirovsjke FC Chornomorets's Orest Kobzar did a great save. If Volodymyr Yarmash had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirovsjke FC Chornomorets's Matviy Fedorchenko got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ostap Kovpak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orest Kobzar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Volodymyr Yarmash in the 15th minute of play. Orest Kobzar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Volodymyr Yarmash, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Vsevolod Nivinskyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Yevgen Komar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The coaching staff of Sudak Metalurg protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Platon Sviderskyi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sudak Metalurg fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Kirovsjke FC Chornomorets. Illja Sakhnyuk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Yevgen Komar. 0-3. When Ostap Kovpak came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Sudak Metalurg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ostap Kovpak couldn't finish the play. After 48 played minutes, Kirovsjke FC Chornomorets's Illja Sakhnyuk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yevgen Komar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kirovsjke FC Chornomorets reached it. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ostap Kovpak to strike the kick off in the second half. When Volodymyr Draniv came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Sudak Metalurg fans jumped to their feet. Ostap Kovpak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orest Kobzar having to interfere. Yevgen Komar made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Matviy Fedorchenko sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 74 minutes, Vsevolod Nivinskyi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kirovsjke FC Chornomorets's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vsevolod Nivinskyi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valentyn Slyusar kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Ostap Kovpak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sudak Metalurg's supporters rose to their feet, but Ostap Kovpak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orest Kobzar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ostap Kovpak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Orest Kobzar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orest Kobzar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ostap Kovpak in the 88th minute of the match. Orest Kobzar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ostap Kovpak in the 91st minute of play. Sudak Metalurg's Yevgen Komar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vsevolod Nivinskyi in the 92nd minute of play.
