Danylo Golaydo's late challenge caught a Stojaniv Kolos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danylo Golaydo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Stojaniv Kolos booed when Rovenjky Metalurg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danylo Golaydo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pavlo Kyrlyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anatoliy Buryi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Stojaniv Kolos booed when Rovenjky Metalurg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymofiy Svintsitskyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anatoliy Buryi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Stepan Gubiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stepan Gubiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pylyp Sytnyk in the 16th minute of play. Stepan Gubiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pylyp Sytnyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Anatoliy Buryi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stepan Gubiy was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatoliy Buryi in the 25th minute of play forced Stojaniv Kolos's goalkeeper Stepan Gubiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stojaniv Kolos reached it. Mykhaylo Poltavets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavlo Kyrlyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduard Sulimko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Mykhaylo Poltavets made a huge save. Rovenjky Metalurg's Mykhaylo Poltavets proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Rovenjky Metalurg from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pylyp Sytnyk to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 55 in the game by Anatoliy Buryi from a close distance when the talented Stepan Gubiy managed to make a qualified save. Stojaniv Kolos's players were relieved. Bogdan Rurych charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bogdan Rurych the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Stojaniv Kolos booed when Rovenjky Metalurg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Rurych didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduard Sulimko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rovenjky Metalurg's Mykhaylo Poltavets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Sulimko in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Rovenjky Metalurg's goal looked a bit too open when Pavlo Kyrlyk came free, but Mykhaylo Poltavets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Eduard Sulimko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yaroslav Son kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Svyatoslav Kyrychenko hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Eduard Sulimko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stojaniv Kolos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduard Sulimko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavlo Kyrlyk in the 87th minute of play forced Rovenjky Metalurg's goalkeeper Mykhaylo Poltavets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavlo Kyrlyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Mykhaylo Poltavets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Eduard Sulimko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mykhaylo Poltavets was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stojaniv Kolos fully deserved thier win.
