Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Borys Vovkodav took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Zakhar Falkovskyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Panas Korotkyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the game, one of Melitopolj:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gavrylo Onysjko shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Panas Korotkyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Vadym Kopyl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Lyubomyr Khymchenko notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Melitopolj's Sergiy Vitiv. Sergiy Vitiv was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 24 minutes into the match, Panas Korotkyi notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Rovenjky's Vadym Kopyl. Melitopolj's Sergiy Vitiv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Melitopolj from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Melitopolj's Sergiy Vitiv got control of the ball when Lyubomyr Khymchenko tried to sneak it across the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Rovenjky's Gavrylo Onysjko tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Melitopolj's Petro Makoviychuk got a free kick in the 38th minute. The Melitopolj fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Melitopolj's Panas Korotkyi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zakhar Falkovskyi to make the kick off. Borys Vovkodav fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vadym Kopyl having to interfere. When Borys Vovkodav came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Melitopolj fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Borys Vovkodav couldn't finish the play. Lyubomyr Khymchenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sergiy Vitiv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zakhar Falkovskyi struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Sergiy Vitiv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rovenjky. Yarema Panas hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. With his leg Vadym Kopyl managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Melitopolj's Panas Korotkyi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 69 played minutes Rovenjky got a freekick which was hit by Vladyslav Vitiv. When Panas Korotkyi came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Melitopolj fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Panas Korotkyi couldn't finish the play. Melitopolj's Panas Korotkyi got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Panas Korotkyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Borys Vovkodav sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pavlo Syrotyuk fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rovenjky's protests and gave Pavlo Syrotyuk a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 played minutes Rovenjky got a freekick which was hit by Pavlo Syrotyuk. In the 87th minute Panas Korotkyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vadym Kopyl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Borys Vovkodav in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vadym Kopyl saved Rovenjky from getting behind. Sergiy Vitiv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zakhar Falkovskyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lyubomyr Khymchenko in the 95th minute of play forced Melitopolj's goalkeeper Sergiy Vitiv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Rovenjky players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
