Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Borys Vovkodav kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Melitopolj got a freekick which was hit by Petro Makoviychuk. Sergiy Vitiv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lyubomyr Lysyi in the 7th minute of the match. If Lyubomyr Lysyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panas Volynets's late challenge caught a Trostjanetsj's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Panas Volynets helped the player get up and apologised. 16 minutes into the game, one of Melitopolj:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sergiy Vitiv had in the 18thth minute some difficulties stopping Vyacheslav Husyev's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tykhon Kobets made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Panas Korotkyi sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute Vadym Migashko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiy Vitiv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Petro Makoviychuk fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Melitopolj's protests and gave Petro Makoviychuk a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Melitopolj getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Sergiy Vitiv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Petro Makoviychuk was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. After 81 played minutes Melitopolj got a freekick which was hit by Petro Makoviychuk. Trostjanetsj's Vsevolod Buzila got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lyubomyr Yaxmanitskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
