In the 42ndth minute of the game Rostyslav Olischuk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Irpinj's Borys Nikitenko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Stepan Ischuk made the kick off in the second half. Amvrosiyivka FC Chornomorets's Roman Kotovenko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anatoliy Gaydamaka in the 61st minute of play. Irpinj's Borys Nikitenko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Irpinj from getting a goal against them. Arsen Voskoboynyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Borys Nikitenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Amvrosiyivka FC Chornomorets's Arsen Voskoboynyk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Borys Nikitenko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arsen Voskoboynyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Borys Nikitenko made a huge save. After 80 played minutes, Amvrosiyivka FC Chornomorets's Illja Balenko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Borys Nikitenko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Irpinj's zone, Arsen Voskoboynyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Borys Nikitenko came out of the goal and Arsen Voskoboynyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
