After having played for 16 minutes, Nazariy Zadoenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Levadia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nazariy Zadoenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nazariy Zadoenko in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Masnyi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Taras Grytsuk took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Yevgen Kravchenko to make any attempt to save it. Yevgen Kravchenko made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Dmytro Scherbyna sent off a good shot on target. Dmytro Scherbyna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rdth minute of the game Viktor Kachan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kozjatyn's Ivan Masnyi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Viktor Kachan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Masnyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Kachan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Levadia defense, Dmytro Scherbyna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yevgen Kravchenko. The Levadia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yevgen Kravchenko should have stopped the shot. Dmytro Scherbyna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Yevgen Kravchenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viktor Kachan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sergiy Lukyanets fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Levadia's protests and gave Sergiy Lukyanets a yellow card for diving instead.
