Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marjan Lyubarskyi started the match with the kick off. Dmytro Solodkyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ostap Kogut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dmytro Solodkyi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 12th minute. Kalynivka's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Ternopilj's Matviy Skorokhod got control of the ball when Dmytro Solodkyi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ternopilj's zone, Dmytro Solodkyi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matviy Skorokhod came out of the goal and Dmytro Solodkyi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ostap Kogut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Matviy Skorokhod tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ostap Kogut in the 37th minute of play forced Ternopilj's goalkeeper Matviy Skorokhod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ternopilj's Stanislav Balenko got a free kick in the 37th minute. Vsevolod Poterukha's late challenge caught a Kalynivka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vsevolod Poterukha helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ternopilj getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Vsevolod Poterukha hit a great ball. Marjan Lyubarskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ostap Kogut to make the kick off. Matviy Skorokhod showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ostap Kogut, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Andriy Kovalevskyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislav Balenko in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Marjan Lyubarskyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Kovalevskyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kalynivka's zone, Vsevolod Poterukha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dmytro Solodkyi might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matviy Skorokhod. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dmytro Solodkyi ran back to his position shaking his head. Stanislav Balenko kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Dmytro Solodkyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Vsevolod Poterukha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andriy Kovalevskyi. That made the score 0-1 in the 71 minute of play. Dmytro Solodkyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matviy Skorokhod having to interfere. If Marjan Lyubarskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Ternopilj got a freekick which was hit by Dmytro Prytulyak.
