If Vasyl Gryschuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malyn Metalist's Vyacheslav Nesteruk got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th match minute, Uzhgorod was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladyslav Grygoryk to maneuver through the defense. Vyacheslav Nesteruk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olexiy Stavka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svyatoslav Gubiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Uzhgorod's Vasyl Gryschuk got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Malyn Metalist getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Yarema Rybalchenko hit a great ball. Andriy Kyrylenko, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Leonid Stepanenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Artem Oschypko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonid Stepanenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artem Oschypko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vyacheslav Nesteruk, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Malyn Metalist's Olexiy Stavka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazariy Bridnya in the 48th minute of play.

The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olexiy Stavka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svyatoslav Gubiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasyl Gryschuk got free with Olexiy Stavka in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute Vyacheslav Nesteruk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artem Oschypko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasyl Gryschuk got free with Olexiy Stavka in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Uzhgorod getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Vladyslav Grygoryk hit a great ball. Malyn Metalist's Leonid Chupryna couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Uzhgorod. Vyacheslav Nesteruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leonid Stepanenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fedir Balyuk charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fedir Balyuk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Malyn Metalist was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedir Balyuk to maneuver through the defense. Vasyl Gryschuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olexiy Stavka having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uzhgorod players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Malyn Metalist.
