Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kirovsjk's Mefodiy Staruschenko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mefodiy Staruschenko scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergiy Rusol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute, Vadym Omelianovych left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Antratsyt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Mefodiy Staruschenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Sergiy Rusol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergiy Rusol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mefodiy Staruschenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Symon Yermak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sergiy Rusol was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Mefodiy Staruschenko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergiy Rusol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Demjan Matsyuk to make the kick off. Kirovsjk's Lyubomyr Pasichnichenko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vadym Omelianovych in the 56th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Mefodiy Staruschenko dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sergiy Rusol, 1-2. Lyubomyr Pasichnichenko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Kirovsjk booed when Antratsyt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olexiy Golodyuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergiy Rusol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mefodiy Staruschenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
