Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Denys Slipetskyi took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Denys Slipetskyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasyl Yavorskyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Poltava FC Stalj's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Getsko came free, but Vasyl Yavorskyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Poltava FC Stalj getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Eduard Dyachuk hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Getsko in the 11th minute of play forced Poltava FC Stalj's goalkeeper Vasyl Yavorskyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th match minute, Poltava FC Stalj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Illja Gurka to maneuver through the defense. If Denys Slipetskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th minute, Arkhyp Tovt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lyubomyr Knyzhnyk struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Vasyl Yavorskyi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polonne. Denys Slipetskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vasyl Yavorskyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denys Slipetskyi in the 24th minute of play. Bogdan Getsko took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vasyl Yavorskyi. Vasyl Yavorskyi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 30 minutes, Bogdan Getsko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polonne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogdan Getsko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vasyl Yavorskyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denys Slipetskyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Vasyl Yavorskyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denys Slipetskyi in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Panas Kolomiets got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arkhyp Tovt to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Poltava FC Stalj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anatoliy Vonsyk to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Poltava FC Stalj defense, Bogdan Getsko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vasyl Yavorskyi. The Poltava FC Stalj fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vasyl Yavorskyi should have stopped the shot. If Bogdan Getsko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Poltava FC Stalj's Vasyl Yavorskyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denys Slipetskyi in the 60th minute of play. Denys Slipetskyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasyl Yavorskyi having to interfere. Vasyl Yavorskyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denys Slipetskyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Getsko got free with Vasyl Yavorskyi in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Polonne's Bogdan Getsko got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Denys Slipetskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vasyl Yavorskyi came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Polonne's Panas Kolomiets. But to his dismay, Panas Kolomiets quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When the match was over Polonne could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Poltava FC Stalj throughout the match.
