In the 21st minute, Lev Kotyuk sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Zelenyj Yar's Mykola Shevel didn't even have to move. In the 23rdth minute of the game Vsevolod Yarmash who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zelenyj Yar's Mykola Shevel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute, Vadym Muravskyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 minutes, Olexandr Beletskyi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zelenyj Yar and the Nova Kachovka players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Zelenyj Yar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nova Kachovka:s goal. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Nova Kachovka. In the 44th match minute, Zelenyj Yar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriy Skyba to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Nova Kachovka were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yarema Drekalo made a kick off. The supporters of Zelenyj Yar booed when Nova Kachovka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxym Sachko didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yarema Drekalo in the 56th minute of play forced Nova Kachovka's goalkeeper Mykhaylo Bezsmertnyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yarema Drekalo scored 1-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mykhaylo Bezsmertnyi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mykhaylo Bezsmertnyi didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Zelenyj Yar's Yarema Drekalo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Yarema Drekalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Stanislav Lyakhovych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lev Kotyuk kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The referee gave Zelenyj Yar a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ivan Sovenko, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nova Kachovka's Mykhaylo Bezsmertnyi. 3-1.
