Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Svyatoslav Leontovych started the match with the kick off. Ostap Pivnenko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Bondarenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Svyatoslav Leontovych sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Stepan Odolskyi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Platon Shatalin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nizhyn FC Arsenal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Platon Shatalin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ostap Pivnenko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Bondarenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Platon Shatalin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Brody Lokomotyv's Ostap Pivnenko. Ostap Pivnenko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rostyslav Ischenko didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 33rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Stepan Odolskyi might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rostyslav Ischenko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stepan Odolskyi ran back to his position shaking his head. When Stepan Odolskyi came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Brody Lokomotyv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stepan Odolskyi couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Platon Shatalin to make the kick off. Rostyslav Ischenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stepan Odolskyi in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 played minutes Nizhyn FC Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Maxym Nesteruk. Igor Bondarenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Igor Bondarenko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nizhyn FC Arsenal's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Bondarenko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ostap Pivnenko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rostyslav Ischenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svyatoslav Leontovych in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to Nizhyn FC Arsenal getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Leonid Derevlyov hit a great ball. If Platon Shatalin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Platon Shatalin in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ostap Pivnenko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 73 played minutes Brody Lokomotyv got a freekick which was hit by Petro Garas. Svyatoslav Leontovych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Rostyslav Ischenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Nizhyn FC Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Stepan Odolskyi came free, but Rostyslav Ischenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rostyslav Ischenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svyatoslav Leontovych in the 85th minute of play. If Stepan Odolskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Illja Zhygulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladyslav Lazarovych could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Ostap Pivnenko made a huge save. Brody Lokomotyv's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
