Artem Khymych started the match with the kick off. Panas Voytovych hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. A collision led to Poltava getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Symon Veretko hit a great ball. If Panas Voytovych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panas Vonsyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artem Khymych, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yakiv Sviderskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Poltava's Leonid Kychak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Poltava from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Haseon's Yakiv Sviderskyi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 25 minutes, Yevgen Sylych mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haseon and the Poltava players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Haseon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Poltava. Yarema Gudyma stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Panas Vonsyk. 0-1. Yakiv Sviderskyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonid Kychak having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 55th minute, Borys Bochkur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonid Kychak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Zakhar Pletenytskyi hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Mykola Babiychuk scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonid Kychak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Haseon booed when Poltava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yarema Gudyma didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Yevgen Sylych in the 71st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Leonid Kychak's left hand side. Panas Voytovych's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Panas Vonsyk skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leonid Kychak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yakiv Sviderskyi in the 80th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Yakiv Sviderskyi sped through Poltava's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonid Kychak. There was no doubt that Haseon were the better team. Haseon's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
