Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Matviy Bal started the match with the kick off. Anatoliy Velychko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodion Shpyrka in the 4th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yakiv Davydovych during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of shachtarsjk FC booed when Chernigiv Metalist was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yakiv Davydovych didn't get a good kick on the ball. The shachtarsjk FC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when shachtarsjk FC's Yevgen Gryshko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Yevgen Gryshko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Anatoliy Velychko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 20 minutes, Yevgen Gryshko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. shachtarsjk FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yevgen Gryshko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 22 played minutes Yevgen Gryshko rounded Chernigiv Metalist's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. If Rodion Shpyrka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes shachtarsjk FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodion Shpyrka. Illja Kalach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostyantyn Zakharchenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Anatoliy Velychko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yevgen Gryshko, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in shachtarsjk FC's zone, Matviy Bal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Illja Kalach came out of the goal and Matviy Bal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gennadiy Smolyarchuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gennadiy Smolyarchuks short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Illja Kalach to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Maxym Gamaliy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anatoliy Velychko having to interfere. In the 89th minute Rodion Shpyrka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anatoliy Velychko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anatoliy Velychko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodion Shpyrka in the 92nd minute of play. Gennadiy Smolyarchuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Illja Kalach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. shachtarsjk FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chernigiv Metalist for a fine match.
