Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Suchodiljsjk Metalist's Igor Lelyuk started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Viktor Konoplyanka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Vadym Tymchenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 minutes of play, Jenakijewe's Viktor Konoplyanka made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vadym Tymchenko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Viktor Konoplyanka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vadym Tymchenko having to interfere. If Viktor Konoplyanka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th match minute, Jenakijewe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Kanyuk to maneuver through the defense. Illja Kutsenko kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Vadym Tymchenko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Konoplyanka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 played minutes Suchodiljsjk Metalist got a freekick which was hit by Illja Kutsenko. Vadym Tymchenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Konoplyanka in the 29th minute of play. After 32 minutes of play, Suchodiljsjk Metalist's Illja Holovko made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bogdan Veretko was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Valentyn Chekhovskyi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vadym Tymchenko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half Jenakijewe were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Viktor Konoplyanka made the kick off in the second half. Jenakijewe's Bogdan Veretko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Lelyuk in the 55th minute of play. Igor Lelyuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bogdan Veretko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viktor Konoplyanka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Igor Lelyuk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Illja Holovko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Bogdan Veretko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Igor Lelyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Illja Kutsenko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suchodiljsjk Metalist's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jenakijewe the free kick. After a rather tough play, Suchodiljsjk Metalist's Illja Kutsenko got a free kick in the 71st minute. 75 minutes in the game, Viktor Konoplyanka fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vadym Tymchenko having to interfere. If Igor Lelyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viktor Konoplyanka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vadym Tymchenko having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Valentyn Chekhovskyi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jenakijewe's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentyn Chekhovskyi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vadym Tymchenko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Illja Holovko came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Suchodiljsjk Metalist fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Illja Holovko couldn't finish the play. Viktor Konoplyanka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Danylo Koshelyuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Suchodiljsjk Metalist's Vadym Tymchenko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Suchodiljsjk Metalist from getting a goal against them. Viktor Konoplyanka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vadym Tymchenko having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jenakijewe walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
