The supporters of Rovenjky booed when Korostyshiv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Myroslav Bosenko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petro Gurka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitaliy Datsenko in the 16th minute of play. Petro Gurka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitaliy Datsenko in the 21st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Yuriy Krutyvus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Babych was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The Korostyshiv fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 48 minutes into the match, Rovenjky's goal looked a bit too open when Myroslav Bosenko came free, but Petro Gurka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Rovenjky players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Korostyshiv were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitaliy Datsenko was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Pavlo Zub hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute Yuriy Krutyvus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Babych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Yuriy Krutyvus came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Rovenjky fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yuriy Krutyvus couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute Vasyl Kozubskyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Babych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 77 in the game by Myroslav Bosenko from a close distance when the talented Petro Gurka managed to make a qualified save. Rovenjky's players were relieved. After having played for 81 minutes, Yuriy Krutyvus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rovenjky's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuriy Krutyvus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Rovenjky's goalkeeper Petro Gurka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Myroslav Bosenko. Artur Babych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuriy Krutyvus in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th match minute, Korostyshiv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panas Glushok to maneuver through the defense. Petro Gurka was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Vitaliy Datsenko capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vitaliy Datsenko really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. The Rovenjky supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Korostyshiv's performance. The match ended with a win for Korostyshiv.
