An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaroslav Krukovets in the 27th minute of play forced Humativ Metalurg's goalkeeper Demjan Kozlyuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Dzhankoj's Yaroslav Krukovets ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Demjan Kozlyuk. Demjan Kozlyuk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After having played for 40 minutes, Mykola Grudnenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Humativ Metalurg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mykola Grudnenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 41 played minutes Humativ Metalurg got a freekick which was hit by Nazar Balenko. In the 42nd minute of the match, Mefodiy Perekytnyi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Demjan Kozlyuk was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vladyslav Maznytsja to strike the kick off in the second half. Arsen Boitsan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 53rd playminute. Mefodiy Perekytnyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Demjan Kozlyuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Humativ Metalurg's Mykola Grudnenko got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Mefodiy Perekytnyi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Demjan Kozlyuk. Humativ Metalurg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mefodiy Perekytnyi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 70 played minutes Humativ Metalurg got a freekick which was hit by Nazar Balenko. 72 minutes into the game, Nazar Balenko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Humativ Metalurg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dzhankoj the free kick. Nazar Balenko kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Mefodiy Perekytnyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Demjan Kozlyuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dzhankoj's Mefodiy Perekytnyi in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Humativ Metalurg booed when Dzhankoj was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavlo Zub didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Taras Veretko managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Humativ Metalurg's Arsen Boitsan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arsen Boitsan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taras Veretko having to interfere. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Humativ Metalurg! The referee gave Dzhankoj a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Illja Virkovsjkyi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Humativ Metalurg's Demjan Kozlyuk. 3-1. A collision led to Dzhankoj getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Mefodiy Tverdyuk hit a great ball. Dzhankoj's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
