Vladyslav Maznytsja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, shachtarsjk Spartak's goal looked a bit too open when Vladyslav Maznytsja came free, but Kostyantyn Golyuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Myroslav Olexandriv left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. One of shachtarsjk Spartak:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Humativ Metalurg:s goal. Olexiy Checher's late challenge caught a Humativ Metalurg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olexiy Checher helped the player get up and apologised. Olexiy Checher kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. If Arsen Boitsan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Tistyk kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Humativ Metalurg's Mykola Grudnenko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for shachtarsjk Spartak.

Kostyantyn Golyuk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vladyslav Maznytsja's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Humativ Metalurg's goalkeeper Demjan Kozlyuk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Myroslav Olexandriv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes shachtarsjk Spartak got a freekick which was hit by Matviy Shatylo.
