Platon Galun made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Artur Boudianski sent off a good shot on target. If Gavrylo Kryvoshyjenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mykhaylo Kryzhanivsjkyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Illja Pavleschuk kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Gavrylo Kryvoshyjenko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Maxym Zhadanyuk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maxym Zhadanyuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuriy Scherbyna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mykhaylo Kryzhanivsjkyi in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Platon Galun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Artur Boudianski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Platon Galun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Artur Boudianski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bolechiw FC Metalurg's Mykhaylo Kryzhanivsjkyi got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute Artur Boudianski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Platon Galun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mykhaylo Kryzhanivsjkyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Platon Galun having to interfere. Mykhaylo Kryzhanivsjkyis short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Platon Galun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yuriy Scherbyna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yuriy Scherbyna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Maxym Zhadanyuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavrylo Novak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gavrylo Kryvoshyjenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Artur Boudianski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Bolechiw FC Metalurg's goalkeeper Maxym Zhadanyuk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gavrylo Kryvoshyjenko. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yuriy Scherbyna in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxym Zhadanyuk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Platon Galun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Boudianski in the 79th minute of play. Maxym Zhadanyuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavrylo Novak in the 84th minute of play. Gavrylo Novak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxym Zhadanyuk having to make a save. 94 minutes into the match, Umanj Metalurg's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Boudianski came free, but Platon Galun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitaliy Vyshnyak's late challenge caught a Umanj Metalurg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vitaliy Vyshnyak helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bolechiw FC Metalurg getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Vitaliy Vyshnyak hit a great ball. Yuriy Scherbyna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Umanj Metalurg could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bolechiw FC Metalurg throughout the match.
