After 13 minutes, Petro Zaporozhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bilohoroschta and the Hubka players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bilohoroschta's Petro Zaporozhan got a free kick in the 13th minute. Marjan Dankiv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petro Vischak, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Hubka's Yuriy Babych, in the 91st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Hubka. Hubka's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
