Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Yuriy Babych kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arsen Stetsjko during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Jenakijewe Metalurg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsen Stetsjko to maneuver through the defense. Vasyl Karnoza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petro Vischak, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. If Dmytro Gorbanenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Myroslav Synenko's late challenge caught a Jenakijewe Metalurg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Myroslav Synenko helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hubka getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Myroslav Synenko hit a great ball. After 20 minutes, Denys Gaydarzhy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hubka and the Jenakijewe Metalurg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yuriy Babych might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vasyl Karnoza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yuriy Babych ran back to his position shaking his head. Myroslav Bogatyrs short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Demjan Pogorilyi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Myroslav Synenko got his second yellow card in the match during the 29th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Petro Vischak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vasyl Karnoza having to make a save. Vasyl Karnoza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petro Vischak in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Petro Vischak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Jenakijewe Metalurg's zone, Yuriy Babych stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasyl Karnoza came out of the goal and Yuriy Babych tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Denys Gaydarzhy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hubka's supporters rose to their feet, but Denys Gaydarzhy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vasyl Karnoza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dmytro Gorbanenko to make the kick off. Yuriy Babych fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasyl Karnoza having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Dmytro Gorbanenko notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Hubka's Demjan Pogorilyi. Demjan Pogorilyi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vasyl Karnoza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petro Vischak in the 59th minute. If Petro Vischak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petro Vischak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasyl Karnoza having to interfere. After having played for 69 minutes, Petro Vischak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hubka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petro Vischak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vasyl Karnoza was a little too slow when Yuriy Babych got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Petro Vischak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hubka's supporters rose to their feet, but Petro Vischak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vasyl Karnoza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hubka's Petro Vischak got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Jenakijewe Metalurg's goalkeeper Vasyl Karnoza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petro Vischak. In the 89th minute, Petro Vischak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vasyl Karnoza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 95th match minute, Hubka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuriy Babych to maneuver through the defense. Hubka were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Jenakijewe Metalurg to leave the ground with a draw.
