Ivan Motuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Martynyuk having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Kostyantyn Kavatsiv managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pavlohrad Stal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kostyantyn Kavatsiv was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 33 played minutes Pidmostychi CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Gennadiy Sviderskyi. After 33 played minutes, Pavlohrad Stal's Vasyl Kozhedub shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roman Martynyuk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pavlohrad Stal reached it. Kostyantyn Kavatsiv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Martynyuk having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Kostyantyn Kavatsiv put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Roman Martynyuk. Ivan Motuz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vsevolod Medvedev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olexandr Ulaniv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ivan Motuz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pavlohrad Stal's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Motuz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Martynyuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 82 played minutes Pavlohrad Stal got a freekick which was hit by Maxym Yarosh. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pavlohrad Stal! Olexandr Ulaniv received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vsevolod Medvedev came out and tried to block the shot, but Olexandr Ulaniv slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 91st minute. Kostyantyn Kavatsiv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Martynyuk having to interfere. Roman Martynyuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Motuz, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Pavlohrad Stal were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
