Arkhyp Gryschuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marjan Zaporozhets, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute Marjan Zaporozhets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkhyp Gryschuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Illja Kovpak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arkhyp Gryschuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marjan Zaporozhets in the 10th minute of play. Ochtyrka Trudovi Rezervy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Petro Shumak in the 11th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Krasnodon FC Stalj's goalie and right to Illja Kornutyak. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Krasnodon FC Stalj's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Gennadiy Lukyanets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the game, Anton Petrunya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Krasnodon FC Stalj's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ochtyrka Trudovi Rezervy the free kick. Marjan Zaporozhets fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkhyp Gryschuk having to interfere. Gennadiy Lukyanets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Krasnodon FC Stalj's Arkhyp Gryschuk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Krasnodon FC Stalj from getting a goal against them. Andriy Polishko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazar Misjko in the 40th minute of play. Marjan Zaporozhets blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arkhyp Gryschuk having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Kostyantyn Yarosh kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Oleg Kravchuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Arkhyp Gryschuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arkhyp Gryschuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gennadiy Lukyanets in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, one of Ochtyrka Trudovi Rezervy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mykhaylo Cherniy shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Arkhyp Gryschuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Illja Kovpak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marjan Zaporozhets received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Arkhyp Gryschuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner led Ochtyrka Trudovi Rezervy's Petro Shumak to fire away a dangerous shot which Arkhyp Gryschuk despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ochtyrka Trudovi Rezervy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Krasnodon FC Stalj had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
