Ertuğrul Adem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ogün Nezihi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute İskender Hazarbeyoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ogün Nezihi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 9th minute when İskender Hazarbeyoğlu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ertuğrul Adem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ogün Nezihi having to interfere. When İskender Hazarbeyoğlu in the 15th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Ogün Nezihi kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 18th match minute, Balkan SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celalettin Erek to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Ertuğrul Adem made a precise shot to the right of Ogün Nezihi. Balkan SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. İskender Hazarbeyoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ogün Nezihi having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İskender Hazarbeyoğlu in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ogün Nezihi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Savsat FK's Hüsmen Refik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Battal Cüneyt Keskin in the 32nd minute of play. Ogün Nezihi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İskender Hazarbeyoğlu's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Ahmet Reha Tuğaltay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüsmen Refik having to interfere. Ertuğrul Adem struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ogün Nezihi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Savsat FK. Ogün Nezihi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İskender Hazarbeyoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After 47 minutes of play Savsat FK's Mutlu Taşel was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 48 played minutes Savsat FK got a freekick which was hit by Mutlu Taşel. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ertuğrul Adem to strike the kick off in the second half. Ertuğrul Adem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ogün Nezihi having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ertuğrul Adem in the 58th minute of play forced Balkan SK's goalkeeper Ogün Nezihi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ogün Nezihi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertuğrul Adem in the 59th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Ertuğrul Adem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Savsat FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ertuğrul Adem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ogün Nezihi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 minutes, Ahmet Necdet Koçak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balkan SK and the Savsat FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Balkan SK's Ahmet Necdet Koçak got a free kick in the 64th minute. Mümtazer Kürşat hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Balkan SK's Ogün Nezihi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ertuğrul Adem in the 71st minute of play. Hüsmen Refik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Reha Tuğaltay went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Mümtazer Kürşat was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Savsat FK's goal looked a bit too open when Battal Cüneyt Keskin came free, but Hüsmen Refik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ogün Nezihi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertuğrul Adem in the 84th minute of play. Ertuğrul Adem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Savsat FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balkan SK the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Savsat FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İskender Hazarbeyoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Reha Tuğaltay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Hüsmen Refik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 93 minutes into the match, Savsat FK's Ertuğrul Adem sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ogün Nezihi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If İskender Hazarbeyoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Savsat FK's İskender Hazarbeyoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ertuğrul Adem came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Savsat FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ertuğrul Adem couldn't finish the play.
