In the 6th minute, Seyhan Erdursun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dikmen FK's goalkeeper İlhan Serhad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Dikmen FK getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ahmet Koralp Yağın hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Malatyaspor's zone, Arif Bilge Tamkoç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babür Özerman came out of the goal and Arif Bilge Tamkoç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tarkan Saner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Babür Özerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Dikmen FK's İlhan Serhad got control of the ball when Seyhan Erdursun tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Dikmen FK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Egemen Rüşti hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seyhan Erdursun got free with İlhan Serhad in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arif Bilge Tamkoç in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Babür Özerman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dikmen FK's İlhan Serhad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilgaz Suat in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Sabri Oytunç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dikmen FK's Arif Bilge Tamkoç in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
