Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gürkan Revnak started the match with the kick off. Şaban Ateş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koray Çol in the 5th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Cakirlar's goal looked a bit too open when Koray Çol came free, but Şaban Ateş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İsa İmran kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Fikret Sarbay struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Şaban Ateş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gevas JK. Koray Çol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şaban Ateş having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Battal Türksan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the game, Koray Çol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Şaban Ateş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fikret Sarbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes of play, Gevas JK's Fikret Sarbay made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Şaban Ateş was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Fikret Sarbay in the 41st minute of play forced Cakirlar's goalkeeper Şaban Ateş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gürkan Revnak fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cakirlar's protests and gave Gürkan Revnak a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koray Çol in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şaban Ateş saved Cakirlar from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fikret Sarbay made a kick off. In the 52nd play minute Koray Çol came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Şaban Ateş. 0-3. The supporters of Gevas JK booed when Cakirlar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilal İdilkurt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Fikret Sarbay lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Şaban Ateş. If Koray Çol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Bilal İdilkurt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cakirlar's Gürkan Revnak got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Gürkan Revnak off the ground. Gürkan Revnak kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Gevas JK's Abdurrezzak Ünsan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cakirlar. After 78 minutes, Ali Erdem Tekinsoy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cakirlar and the Gevas JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fikret Sarbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şaban Ateş having to interfere. Cakirlar's Şaban Ateş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Cakirlar from getting a goal against them. Fikret Sarbay hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Koray Çol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Cakirlar's goal looked a bit too open when Fikret Sarbay came free, but Şaban Ateş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gevas JK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
