Bogazliyan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aytunç Tunak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enginalp İhya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürel Candeğer, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Inciralti's goalkeeper Kuzey Hekimhanlı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kunter Kapsam. Enginalp İhya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gürel Candeğer's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Gürel Candeğer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Enginalp İhya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Gürel Candeğer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inciralti's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Aytunç Tunak scored to the left of an out of position Kuzey Hekimhanlı, making the score, 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, Inciralti's Gürel Candeğer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enginalp İhya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Abdulmelik İleri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inciralti's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdulmelik İleri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enginalp İhya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abdulmelik İleri charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdulmelik İleri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th minute, Abdulmelik İleri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aytunç Tunak was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. Bogazliyan's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ümit Tezal in the 43rd minute of play forced Inciralti's goalkeeper Kuzey Hekimhanlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Abdulmelik İleri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enginalp İhya. Bogazliyan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdulmelik İleri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aytunç Tunak to make the kick off. Ilgaz Seferoğlulları could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Enginalp İhya made a huge save. Enginalp İhya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gürel Candeğer in the 56th minute. If Gürel Candeğer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. Enginalp İhya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Harun Altuncuoğlu in the 86th minute of the match. In the 92ndth minute of the game Gürel Candeğer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bogazliyan's Enginalp İhya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Inciralti's goal looked a bit too open when Kunter Kapsam came free, but Kuzey Hekimhanlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inciralti's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
