Gafur Adak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Alper Hanönü came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the lokomotif49 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alper Hanönü couldn't finish the play. Abdurrahman Erçin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Boztepe in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kutalp Tutkun got free with Abdurrahman Erçin in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Kösk's Fazıl Boztepe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abdurrahman Erçin. That made the score 1-1 after 20 minutes of play. The supporters of lokomotif49 booed when Kösk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emirşah Beysun didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Çağatay Babaoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kösk's protests and gave Çağatay Babaoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kösk booed when lokomotif49 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürol Ertüze didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdurrahman Erçin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Boztepe in the 28th minute of play. Alper Hanönü received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gafur Adak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th play minute Emirşah Beysun came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Abdurrahman Erçin. 2-1. lokomotif49's Abdurrahman Erçin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save lokomotif49 from getting a goal against them. lokomotif49's Abdurrahman Erçin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fazıl Boztepe in the 45th minute of play. Abdurrahman Erçin made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Kutalp Tutkun sent off a good shot on target.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alper Hanönü to strike the kick off in the second half. Fazıl Boztepe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kutalp Tutkun in the 57th minute of play forced lokomotif49's goalkeeper Abdurrahman Erçin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kösk's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
