Yeni Malatyaspor's Kerimhan Kutan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enver Muhsin in the 5th minute of play. Yeni Malatyaspor's Galip Tecer got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gökcan Yazganalp charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gökcan Yazganalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Yeni Malatyaspor getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gökcan Yazganalp hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes Seyitgazi SK got a freekick which was hit by Nazil Balıkçı. The supporters of Yeni Malatyaspor booed when Seyitgazi SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazil Balıkçı didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Tuncay Akadlı from long distance, 24 minutes into the match, got Raik Okergun's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 37thth minute of the game Hakkı Deniz Lema who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yeni Malatyaspor's Kerimhan Kutan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

52 minutes into the match, Enver Muhsin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kerimhan Kutan. Yeni Malatyaspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enver Muhsin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Kerimhan Kutan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Deniz Lema in the 61st minute of play. In the 76th minute, Hakkı Deniz Lema fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kerimhan Kutan, passed just outside the right post. Yeni Malatyaspor's Kerimhan Kutan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakkı Deniz Lema in the 81st minute of play. When Yağızalp Uca fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yeni Malatyaspor's protests and gave Yağızalp Uca a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, Yeni Malatyaspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yağızalp Uca to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Enver Muhsin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seyitgazi SK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
