The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Selmi Nesip got free with Erkut Erdem in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 1-0 became the score in the 9th minute when Selmi Nesip elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Çağlar Sav had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yavuz Selim Kutcan kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Erkut Erdem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erim Temizhan in the 22nd minute of play. Erkut Erdem made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Selmi Nesip sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Bafra's Yavuz Selim Kutcan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erkut Erdem. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. Erkut Erdem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Selim Kutcan in the 31st minute of the match. Çağlar Sav received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Özkan Karacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bafra's Özkan Karacan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çağlar Sav in the 36th minute of play. In the 41stth minute of the game Çağlar Sav who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bafra's Özkan Karacan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sungurhan Ersal kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Kirklareli's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuz Selim Kutcan came free, but Erkut Erdem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Selim Kutcan in the 46th minute of play forced Kirklareli's goalkeeper Erkut Erdem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Selmi Nesip could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Erkut Erdem made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Çağlar Sav was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selmi Nesip in the 52nd minute of play forced Kirklareli's goalkeeper Erkut Erdem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
