Mehdi Yağız got a throw-in 5 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mehdi Yağız. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sufi Kınıkaslan in the 6th minute of play forced OTTOMAN's goalkeeper Mürsel Uzma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Epifanio Jerrold made a precise shot to the right of Turgut Boğataş. Aricak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Sedat Tanfer in the 13th minute of play forced OTTOMAN's goalkeeper Mürsel Uzma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serter Tacir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, OTTOMAN's goalkeeper Mürsel Uzma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erkan Kınık. Epifanio Jerrold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serter Tacir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Aricak's İbrahim Ethem Uraltay got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Epifanio Jerrold to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Serter Tacir made a precise shot to the right of Turgut Boğataş. Aricak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After having played for 64 minutes, Serter Tacir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OTTOMAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serter Tacir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th play minute Serter Tacir came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Turgut Boğataş. 0-4. OTTOMAN's Epifanio Jerrold got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 80 played minutes Aricak got a freekick which was hit by İbrahim Ethem Uraltay. Serter Tacir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Turgut Boğataş made a huge save. After some careless play in the Aricak defense, Serter Tacir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Turgut Boğataş. The Aricak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Turgut Boğataş should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Aricak booed when OTTOMAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakkı Onur Tamerk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 minutes of play, Aricak's Ahmet Sedat Tanfer made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mürsel Uzma was left in no man's land by his defense there! 97 minutes into the match, Erkan Kınık had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mürsel Uzma. OTTOMAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erkan Kınık was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. OTTOMAN played a much better game than Aricak and deserved their victory. The Aricak players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
