The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Recep Tayyip Karin hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. OTTOMAN's Mürsel Uzma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Resulhan Baykoca in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Baglarbasi's Ahmet Ziya Akgüngör got a free kick in the 24th minute. Mehmet Osman Kose charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehmet Osman Kose the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Baglarbasi booed when OTTOMAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Osman Kose didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mürsel Uzma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Resulhan Baykoca in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Tayyar Özluer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mürsel Uzma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mürsel Uzma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fadıl Sait, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes of play, Baglarbasi's Göksun Erüstün made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mürsel Uzma was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st minute, Balamir Sayman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mürsel Uzma was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tayyar Özluer in the 45th minute of play forced OTTOMAN's goalkeeper Mürsel Uzma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Baglarbasi getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Fadıl Sait hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Mürsel Uzma acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Özgür Tanır. The audience thought a goal was coming when Resulhan Baykoca got free with Mürsel Uzma in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mürsel Uzma made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Resulhan Baykoca sent off a good shot on target. Teofilo Koldobika kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Mürsel Uzma successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. OTTOMAN's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Tayyar Özluer scored to the left of an out of position Mürsel Uzma, making the score, 0-5. Mürsel Uzma made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Fadıl Sait sent off a good shot on target. Mürsel Uzma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tayyar Özluer in the 83rd minute of the match. Resulhan Baykoca scored 0-6 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mürsel Uzma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. OTTOMAN's Mürsel Uzma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save OTTOMAN from getting a goal against them. Epifanio Jerrold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sefa Kiram having to interfere. The OTTOMAN fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Baglarbasi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
