Mahir Merdan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hatemi Türemen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korkutalp Yılmaz in the 16th minute of play forced Gercüs's goalkeeper Pars İslam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Mahir Merdan notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Pertek JK's Hatemi Türemen. Hatemi Türemen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hayati Canfeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Hatemi Türemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pertek JK's zone, Mahir Merdan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hatemi Türemen came out of the goal and Mahir Merdan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hayati Canfeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hatemi Türemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rasim Oğuz charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rasim Oğuz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rasim Oğuz hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute of the match Seyfi Tunçdağ shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hatemi Türemen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hayati Canfeda hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Gercüs's Hayati Canfeda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hatemi Türemen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Gercüs's Birkan Ağaoğlu got a free kick in the 50th minute. Emrullah Demircioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pars İslam having to interfere. After some careless play in the Pertek JK defense, Mahir Merdan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hatemi Türemen. The Pertek JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hatemi Türemen should have stopped the shot. Hatemi Türemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayati Canfeda in the 73rd minute of play. Hayati Canfeda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hatemi Türemen came out and tried to block the shot, but Hayati Canfeda slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pertek JK's zone, Hayati Canfeda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hatemi Türemen came out of the goal and Hayati Canfeda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mahir Merdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Hatemi Türemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Gercüs's Hayati Canfeda dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Mahir Merdan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gercüs's supporters rose to their feet, but Mahir Merdan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hatemi Türemen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
