After a defensive mix-up in Tasova FK's zone, Cevher Üstünbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tevfik Tecmil came out of the goal and Cevher Üstünbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Nizam Sönmezalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Muhammet Erginay fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karaman FK's protests and gave Muhammet Erginay a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Karaman FK got a freekick which was hit by Muhammet Erginay. 19 minutes into the match, Tasova FK's Fazlı Yavuzhan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Coşkun Baran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alim Adahan in the 24th minute. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Ziya Akabe was the one to do the kick off. Coşkun Baran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alim Adahan's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. The supporters of Karaman FK booed when Tasova FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdi Çetinoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Karaman FK's Özgün Ulutay tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nizam Sönmezalp got free with Tevfik Tecmil in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 65 minutes, Alim Adahan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tasova FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alim Adahan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Coşkun Baran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alim Adahan, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Tevfik Tecmil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cevher Üstünbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th match minute, Tasova FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yunus Samih to maneuver through the defense. Tasova FK's Tevfik Tecmil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Tasova FK from getting a goal against them. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alim Adahan couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ziya Akabe in the 86th minute of play forced Karaman FK's goalkeeper Coşkun Baran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Alim Adahan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
