With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arif Burak Ulgu in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dinçer Dağdelen saved Sinanpasa SK from getting behind. Arif Burak Ulgu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th match minute, Sinanpasa SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kutay İmroz to maneuver through the defense. Başaran Serafet kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Bilgehan Cihanmert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinçer Dağdelen having to interfere. Dinçer Dağdelen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilgehan Cihanmert in the 26th minute of play. If Akif Işınbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bilgehan Cihanmert struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Dinçer Dağdelen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ankaragücü FK. With 36 minutes on the clock, Veysel Sebukalp commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sinanpasa SK! An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Şemsettin Üstüner got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Emrullah Bedel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Eralp Lemi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Dinçer Dağdelen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Burak Ulgu in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Bilgehan Cihanmert reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dinçer Dağdelen. The goal made the score 0-2. 75 minutes into the match, Ankaragücü FK's goal looked a bit too open when Şemsettin Üstüner came free, but Eralp Lemi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emrullah Bedel charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emrullah Bedel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Emrullah Bedel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bilgehan Cihanmert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
