In the 3rd minute Doğaner Akil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Başar Şölen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Oğuzalp Ramazanoğulları had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tunç Okman's late challenge caught a Ümitköy JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tunç Okman helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Lüleburgaz SK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Tunç Okman hit a great ball. Battal Seyyit Yöner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Latif Hünkar could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Başar Şölen however easily saved by the left post. Lüleburgaz SK were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Ümitköy JK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Atilla Bumin Salcan took the corner. The corner led Lüleburgaz SK's Atilla Bumin Salcan to fire away a dangerous shot which Başar Şölen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tuğrul Eskicioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Başar Şölen having to interfere. Latif Hünkar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Başar Şölen made a huge save. Latif Hünkar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Latif Hünkar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Başar Şölen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tuğrul Eskicioğlu made a kick off. Ümitköy JK's Başar Şölen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuğrul Eskicioğlu in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd match minute, Lüleburgaz SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Latif Hünkar to maneuver through the defense. Tuğrul Eskicioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Başar Şölen having to interfere.
