Ali Numan Peşrev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batu Cem Uğurcan having to interfere. If Berker Rıza Düden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berker Rıza Düden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ahmet Göktuğ Baykara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berker Rıza Düden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Ahmet Göktuğ Baykara made a huge save. Dursun Ali Neşit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Berker Rıza Düden came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Kadiköy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berker Rıza Düden couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Süleoglu's Müfit Yalgın got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Ali Numan Peşrev charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ali Numan Peşrev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ali Numan Peşrev hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Süleoglu's Ahmet Göktuğ Baykara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dursun Ali Neşit in the 28th minute of play. If Ali Numan Peşrev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Batu Cem Uğurcan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kadiköy's goalkeeper Batu Cem Uğurcan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Kadiköy's Berker Rıza Düden sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Göktuğ Baykara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yavuz Selim Umay to make the kick off. Süleoglu's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Yavuz Selim Umay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batu Cem Uğurcan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Numan Peşrev in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute Yavuz Selim Umay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batu Cem Uğurcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Kadiköy's Batu Cem Uğurcan got control of the ball when Ali Numan Peşrev tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Kadiköy getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. İstemihan Ekinci hit a great ball. The supporters of Süleoglu booed when Kadiköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. İstemihan Ekinci didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Süleoglu's Batu Cem Uğurcan threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yavuz Selim Umay, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Dursun Ali Neşit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kadiköy's supporters rose to their feet, but Dursun Ali Neşit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Göktuğ Baykara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Süleoglu players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
