Yusuf Ecemiş was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Refik Halit Kelami. Dinç Okman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute, Amir Kirchberger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Karsiyaka's Dinç Okman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Yusuf Ecemiş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinç Okman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Arif Buğra Sadreddin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yusuf Ecemiş was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 27th minute of the match Refik Halit Kelami sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yusuf Ecemiş skillfully saved the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Karsiyaka's Dinç Okman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yusuf Ecemiş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, x5vg galaksy's Amir Kirchberger got a free kick in the 33rd minute. A hard shot by Refik Halit Kelami from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Yusuf Ecemiş's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Dinç Okman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bircan Hazar during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of x5vg galaksy:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Karsiyaka:s goal. Yusuf Ecemiş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinç Okman in the 43rd minute of the match. Mathieu Bleyer's late challenge caught a Karsiyaka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mathieu Bleyer helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, x5vg galaksy's Mathieu Bleyer got a free kick in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
x5vg galaksy's Yusuf Ecemiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinç Okman in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Karsiyaka's zone, Batı Yeğrek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yalçın Kahraman came out of the goal and Batı Yeğrek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the game, Karsiyaka's Dinç Okman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yusuf Ecemiş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The supporters of Karsiyaka booed when x5vg galaksy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathieu Bleyer didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dinç Okman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Gunnar Berg managed to get in a good position for a shot. x5vg galaksy's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Berg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yalçın Kahraman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dinç Okman might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yusuf Ecemiş. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dinç Okman ran back to his position shaking his head. 81 minutes into the match, x5vg galaksy's goal looked a bit too open when Güral Muzaffer came free, but Yusuf Ecemiş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yalçın Kahraman didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 4-1. Karsiyaka's Dinç Okman got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arif Buğra Sadreddin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
