When Arif Tugay Şam fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Siirt JK's protests and gave Arif Tugay Şam a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Arif Tugay Şam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denizhan Saykal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Beşir Tuğcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sekerspor FK's Süruri Doğanlar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çakabey Pınarbaşı in the 21st minute of play. Ali Galip Elmacıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Süruri Doğanlar having to interfere. Süruri Doğanlar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çakabey Pınarbaşı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denizhan Saykal to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Siirt JK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Çağrı Boranalp was slow to take the kick. During this time Sekerspor FK's players had a chance to rest. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Siirt JK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sekerspor FK:s goal. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Sekerspor FK.
