Baykan Oytunç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salih Onursan in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute Salih Onursan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baykan Oytunç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of DeğirmenÇayırı SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Doganyurt JK:s goal. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Doganyurt JK. Erdeniz Baycan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Baykan Oytunç. 0-1. After 19 minutes, Alpertunga Özdilmaç mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DeğirmenÇayırı SK and the Doganyurt JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, DeğirmenÇayırı SK's Alpertunga Özdilmaç got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 33rdth minute of the game Salih Onursan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DeğirmenÇayırı SK's Baykan Oytunç was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Doğuş Tecmil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alpertunga Özdilmaç in the 34th minute of the match. DeğirmenÇayırı SK's Kenan Danış was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Doğuş Tecmil in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Burak Canol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Doğuş Tecmil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doganyurt JK's Doğuş Tecmil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Doganyurt JK from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the match, Doganyurt JK's goal looked a bit too open when Burak Canol came free, but Doğuş Tecmil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baykan Oytunç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salih Onursan, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. If Abdurrahim Akşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Salih Onursan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, DeğirmenÇayırı SK's Yılmaz Rauf got a free kick in the 55th minute. Abdurrahim Akşit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baykan Oytunç having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şakir Yertan during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Doganyurt JK booed when DeğirmenÇayırı SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenan Danış didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Abdurrahim Akşit came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Doganyurt JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdurrahim Akşit couldn't finish the play. Baykan Oytunç made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Abdurrahim Akşit sent off a good shot on target. Abdurrahim Akşit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baykan Oytunç having to interfere. Hayrettin Mirza kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Mehmet Bedri Taşer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DeğirmenÇayırı SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doganyurt JK the free kick. After 76 played minutes DeğirmenÇayırı SK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Bedri Taşer. Abdurrahim Akşits short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Baykan Oytunç to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Doğuş Tecmil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burak Canol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Abdurrahim Akşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdurrahim Akşit got free with Baykan Oytunç in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 played minutes DeğirmenÇayırı SK got a freekick which was hit by Alpertunga Özdilmaç. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Doganyurt JK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
